My goal, as a personal trainer, is to help clients reach their health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercise. I possess the knowledge of human anatomy, the concepts of functional exercise, basic nutrition, basic exercise science and have the ability to design individual and group exercise programs tailored to the needs and attainable goals of specific clients.
I have worked with clients of all ages, from 12-93. I’m very passionate about seeking optimal health in my own life and helping my clients do the same.
Additionally, I am a veteran and was a four-year All-County, All-Region and All-State athlete for Cross Country and Track at Naples High School. I also ran Cross Country at Florida State University. My interests include paddle boarding, long boarding, kayaking, hiking, four-wheeling, camping and anything outdoors, really, especially if it is with my two boys, AJ and KT.
