GREATER NAPLES YMCA RECEIVES GRANT FROM STATE FARM TO SUPPORT YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
Naples, FL – The Greater Naples YMCA is pleased to announce it has received $2,000 from the State Farm Good Neighbor grant. These funds will help support our preschool and afterschool programs.
Since May, the YMCA has been a child care location for working families to rely on. The Y will use these funds to continue offering all-day child care and afterschool programs for working families. The Y’s early learning and after school programs provides a safe, enriching place for children to learn and grow.
“This grant will help the Y continue caring for children and supporting working families in our community.” says Lucinda "Cindy" Love-Abounader, CEO, Naples YMCA. “During these challenging times, when our community needs us most, we appreciate the continued support of community partners, like State Farm.”
State Farm is committed to building strong families, strong kids and strong communities. Through community outreach and community development grants and investments, State Farm gives back to the neighborhoods it serves and helps develop stronger neighborhoods by reinvesting in the community.
