TROPICAL STORM ELSA
UPDATE #2
Monday, July 5, 2021

The Greater Naples YMCA continues to monitor Tropical Storm Elsa very closely. The National Hurricane Center shifted the storm slightly eastward and brought the projected path closer to Collier County. The storm’s effects could bring heavy rain to our area, as well as winds that could potentially exceed safe levels for anyone to be on the roads.

Therefore, out of an abundance of caution for our members and staff safety, The YMCA will be CLOSED tomorrow (Tuesday, July 6th, 2021) until further notice. All summer camp programs have been cancelled for tomorrow.

We will make a determination about re-opening Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning tomorrow. Please stay safe and continue to follow us on our website and social media for the latest information.
