The YMCA of Collier County has partnered with Core Health Partners to offer weight and nutrition support programs. Working with registered dietitians at the Y can help you implement healthier eating habits. RDs are trained to provide personalized nutrition plans that support your goals with sustainable lifestyle changes for you to live your healthiest life. RDs are also licensed to help you manage conditions like weight, diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

An individualized nutrition plan will be developed to help achieve desired health goals, including supporting behavior change and chronic disease prevention, based on an initial nutrition assessment. Whether you’re a trained athlete, looking to lose weight, or begin a healthy lifestyle change; nutrition plays a major role in your success!

The YMCA’s 8-week Weight Loss Program is designed for people 18 years or older who want to achieve a healthier weight by making small changes to daily behaviors and forming sustainable, healthier habits. Alongside a dedicated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, you will design an action plan that will bring long-term, positive change in your life.
The YMCA of Collier County is now offering Styku 3D Body Scan & Assessment Services! Styku is a non-invasive body scanner that uses infrared cameras to take a 360-degree picture of your body. Once this scan is complete, Styku generates a 3D image of your body that helps you track your body shape as well as accurate and precise body composition results.
The Y hosts monthly nutrition seminars, led by our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
